Magrath, AB 29 Apr 2023 - Another great big thank you to everyone for supporting our 18th annual food drive. 1500 flyers were sent out this past week and this year our volunteers collected 4731 lbs of food valued at $15,186! We rented a 20ft U-Haul this year and filled it about 3/4 full. Saturday donations were delivered to Lethbridge Food Bank by 1pm on Sat 29 Apr 2023! AND to the guy in charge of the weather today - Great Job!
So sorry, however, that some of you were missed in the pickup process on Saturday. If you still wish to donate, we will be collecting donations at the white van parked in front of the Magrath Pharmacy. We are also starting our Lions Garage Sale Collections at same location throughout the month of May 2023. Just drop it by or call us to arrange a pickup. Thanks again! Lion Roger Davies 403-388-4332
