You could donate some of that STUFF to the Magrath Lions Club Garage Sale and then come by to buy back some new exciting STUFF! 

Drop offs: we will be collecting your items for donation; all month starting May 1 2023 (Mon-Fri during day or by prior arrangement) at the Lions collection area in front of the Magrath Pharmacy 
    

Community Collections for Operation Christmas Child 

20 Christmas boxes were prepared and delivered to Lethbridge collection point on Sat 19 Nov 2022. Thanks to everyone for helping out!

Background: Reminder -  the drop off deadline is quickly approaching! From end of Oct through mid Nov (**must drop off by 6pm on Fri 18 Nov 2022 at the Magrath Pharmacy this year**) the Lions Club collects completed Christmas Gift Boxes to donate to Operation Christmas Child. Perhaps your family or community group would like to join in the fun with us! In addition to the boxes themselves, we encourage you to to include $10 per box to help cover shipping/delivery costs.

Although you can provide your own boxes, we also have a few pretty green and red empty cardboard boxes available for pickup at the Magrath Pharmacy and other locations around town .. Thanks Everyone!

Community: No Cost Clothing Event (Aug 2019) clothes collection

Town of Magrath/Lions Club No Cost Clothing Event will be held Sat 31 Aug 2019 at Ice Arena. The annual (2019) Community No Cost Clothing event, sponsored by the Magrath Lions and headed by Lion Alex and Lion Shauna. Collection drive is Jul 1 through Aug 30 and sorting and setup will be Fri 30 Aug at the Magrath Ice Arena).

On Sat 31 Aug 2019 9-2pm the event will open to public (for FREE distribution). 

We have been collecting clothing donations for our upcoming No Cost Clothing event at the end of August throughout July and August. Did you notice the white Lions Club collection van in front of the Magrath Pharmacy #nocostclothing #magrathlions

​Request: Lucky 14! For the 14th consecutive year the Magrath Lions Club is sponsoring Operation Christmas Child. Boxes and packing information can be picked up at the the Magrath Pharmacy any time during regular business hours until 6pm Wed Nov 14, 2018 (the last day of collections here in Magrath). 

Typical items for the boxes include simple things like a toothbrush, facecloth, school supplies and a few small gifts. Completed boxes can be dropped off at the Magrath Pharmasave collection area and the Magrath Lions Club arranges the delivery to the Raymond collection site.

A great big thank you to all the volunteers and to all those who donated so generously, to the Town of Magrath for letting us host the event in the Ice Arena again this year. We feel our 2016 No Cost Clothing event was a great success!
