Volunteer Opportunity Fall 2022

25/1/2022

Calling all Lions from District C-2

The USA/Canada Lions Leadership forum is slated for Calgary September 15-17, 2022.  It will be held at the BMO centre on the Calgary Stampede grounds. The theme is Western. The approved slogan is “Stampede to Lead”. We are looking for all clubs to participate in and hopefully volunteering to be a part of this exciting event.

We need all of us to help in this endeavor.  We have numerous positions that we need to  staff with Lion volunteers.  We have positions for Lions that need to sit and for those more mobile. We need airport greeters, hotel greeters, VIP drivers from the Calgary Airport to the HQ Hotel, the Westin, in Calgary. We need Volunteers in the BMO Center to greet visitors, lead people to their designated seating for meals, put up and take down displays, put up signs for General sessions and countless other positions.

If you would like to be a part of this memorable event, register to be  a Lion Volunteer by going to our Host Committee website = 2022lionsleadershipforum.com, click on the tab that says volunteers, fill out the form, download it, attach to and send to the Email on the bottom of the Volunteer form.

Volunteers working in the BMO center need to be registered also for the Forum. To register go to :www.lionsforum.org
Thank you,

Lion Tyler Bray PCC
